A simple system to learn, with a deep and nuanced strategy available to build from.

Develop your strategy as you go, drawing upgrades and unlocking new mechanics to play around.

Play for 2 ½  hours and have time to play multiple rounds.

Simultaneous Turns

Setup your strategy in advance and see it play out.

Make your plans to counter your opponents, sneak past them when they would target you, or force them into your traps.

Use battle-cards to swing the war in their favour. But beware your opponent may use the same tricks against you.

Asymmetric Play 

Elves protect their lands and use trickery to manipulate.

Orcs move constantly causing mayhem and disaster.

Dwarves build installations that swing the outcome of battles.

Undead roam across the lands, unrelenting... unkillable
